ONLINE REGISTRATION STEPS
1. Go to www.norcalkidstri.org.
2. Click on "Register Now" and you will be taken to the SportsBaseOnline website.
3. Click on "Sign In" in the upper right hand corner.
4. If you already have a profile with SportsBaseOnline, enter your username and password and click +Sign In. After you sign in, click on "Profile" in the upper right hand corner and proceed to step #6 below.
5. If you do not have a profile already, select +Register and complete your personal information. Parents: This should be your personal information; you will fill out your child's information in step #6.
6. On the left hand side of the screen select Manage Friends and Family then select Add New Friend or Family Member and complete each person's personal information.  All relay participants should be added here.
7. After you have entered all your friends or family members click on Find an Event, in the upper right hand corner, and search for "norcalkidstri".
8. Select the Option for the first participant:  "Boys", "Girls", "Relay Teams" or "Donations". IMPORTANT: Note that all participants in a Relay should be registered together to ensure that the discount is given and that participants are grouped properly.
9. Determine Grade level, and then where "Self" is listed, use the dropdown to select "Others".  The +Add button will change to +Select.  Click +Select.
10. A box will open with a list of your Friends and Family.  Select the box next to the appropriate person for the option and grade level that you are in and click +Add to Cart.
11. If you are registering multiple family members/friends (i.e. a boy and a girl) you can click on the "Event Home" link, located under the event date near the top of the page, and repeat steps 8-10.
12. Once all options have been added to your cart on the right, select +Check Out.
13. Check the boxes on the agreement page, enter your initials and click +I Agree.
14. Select a T-shirt size for all participants and click +Continue.
15. Review the information and click +Confirm.
16. Enter credit card information and click +Place Order.


REFUNDS
Because most expenses are incurred prior to race day, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances. The event will happen rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to hold a biathlon or a shortened race course. There will be no rain date. Event officials may make changes to courses without notice to ensure safety and event success.
